Stardust

I am Stardust, not cold nor hot
I am the constellations of the night sky, bright and dancing among the darkness
With light, I am gone
With the Sun’s set and the Moon’s rise, I find myself dancing once more
I am the Earth, not here nor there
I am the grass that lies below your feet, standing never gone
With winter, I grow dormant
With the spring, I grow once more
I am the Sea, going and coming
I am the River who gives your life
With the cold, I become jagged and harsh
With heat, I bring drought and famine
